5.Cindezela ukucindezela kwe-roller ekhanda lekhoyili, okwenza ikhanda lekhoyili liphakame futhi lidlule kuma-double pinch-feeding rollers.

12. Vumela ukugumbuqela ipuleti le-accumulator yembobo(1) phansi ukuze kuqongelele inani elithile lomcu.

13.Imvamisa egijima futhi ehlehla imicu ye-slit phezulu.

14.Emva kokudatshulwa ikhoyili eyodwa, khipha amakhoyili e-slit emotweni ekhipha amakhoyili.

Ukugcinwa komugqa wokusika

1. Ukugcotshwa kukawoyela kuma-sprockets namaketango kanye nezinsika eziqondisayo zezimoto zamakhoyili isonto ngalinye, enjinini eyi-cycloid njalo engxenyeni yonyaka.

2 .Engeza uwoyela kumabheringi emlonyeni owengeza uwoyela we-Double-Mandrel Decoiler, shift ngayinye ngaphambi kokuqala umugqa wokusika.

3. Engeza amafutha ku-cycloid motor ye-coil-head guide bracket njalo ngesigamu sonyaka.

4. 5. Faka uwoyela egiyeni futhi uhlehle njalo ezinsukwini ezi-2-3 kanye, zombili izibambi zommese phezulu naphansi ishifu ngayinye.

8. I-Scrap reeler: ingxenye ngayinye yonyaka, engeza amafutha enjini ye-cycloid kanye;isonto ngalinye, engeza amafutha kuma-sprockets namaketanga.

9. Isihlukanisi sangaphambi kwesikhathi nesiqinisa amandla: Faka uwoyela ekutheleni uwoyela kanye ngosuku.

10. I-Recoiler: engeza uwoyela endaweni ehlehlayo ngaphambi kokuthi ishifu ngayinye iqale ukusebenza;shintsha uwoyela wegiya ku-gearbox ngesigamu sonyaka;engeza uwoyela enjinini eyinhloko ingxenye ngayinye yonyaka, kanye nengalo esekelayo yobakaki ohlukanisayo ngokushintshana ngakunye.

11.Uwoyela weHydraulic esiteshini samanzi ashintshwayo kanye ngesigamu sonyaka.

12.Hlola njalo ingxenye ngayinye ukuthi ukuchitheka kwamafutha noma ukuvuza kwamafutha, futhi ulungise ngesikhathi.
